訂製傢俱注意事項

 

*客製商品的製作時間

產品訂製的部分,,每件商品都是下單付款後才會排單, 因為每個皆為手工製作,為確保商品品質,需要較長的製作時間,實際視客戶訂製需求而定,大致可分為:

_傢俱品項：2-3個月 

_家飾品項：1-1.5個月

Before you place your order, you should have a clear understanding of the process of your order and the length of time for your custom furniture.

*Duration for customised products

To ensure the optimum quality, handcrafted items are specifically tailored for each customer, thereby taking much longer time for different types of items.

_Furniture: Approx 2-3 months (subject to the designated design)

_Home accessories: Approx 1-1.5 months (subject to the designated design)

 

*如何客製商品及費用

目前只開放現有商品的尺寸微調與幾種木頭材質可供選擇，未接受來圖訂製。設計變更的部分會依客戶要求酌收費用，為避免爭議都會先報價做確認，歡迎與設計師討論相關細節。由於每個人的居家空間都是不同的，適合的傢俱風格與尺寸也不盡相同，適當的溝通與討論能確保你對成品的滿意度。

*How to customise products and fees

At present, minor adjustments to the existing designs and wood options are accepted, unfortunately customisation from alternative image source will not be available. All changes to our designs are subject to charges. Before crafting the altered designs, customers will be given quotes for confirmation. If you’ve never designed a customised furniture before, Tomood can help narrow down your options and guide you to an ideal piece to your satisfaction.
